the executive chef of ‘Naivedya’ our fine dine Ayurveda vegetarian Restaurant. Chef Aju who has got 15 years of experience in Multi & fusion cuisine honed his culinary skills working in big hospitality brands like Ritz Carlton and Marriott.
His lately developed interest in healthy organic dishes lured him into the Ayurveda culinary world. After doing an immense research on Ayuveda lifestyle and diet, he took the opportunity to lead the culinary team and inspire Ayurveda cuisine among our patrons.
His style of cooking is simple, seasonal & delicious while bringing the traditional food of Ayurveda into the modern kitchen and continental style of cooking.
