Daily we offer 6 different courses in our Yoga Hall “Moksha”. Our Yoga Masters Guru and Hari leads our guests into the art of Yoga and Meditation. The different exercises can be practised at home, in order to increase the well-being, to provide relaxation and to ease the body, mind and soul.

Sun Salutation (Surya Namaskar)

The Sun Salutation (which we practice in every Yoga class in traditional way) is a sequence of twelve Yoga asanas (postures) and is a good workout for the whole body – the regular practice of the sun salutation keeps you fit, promotes blood circulation and provides physical well-being. Specifically, the Sun Salutation has a soothing effect on our organs, intensified breathing, the spine is stretched, improves posture and additionally it is an excellent exercise to lose weight. Sun salutation signifies the complete manifestation of Yoga, it includes postures (Yogaasanas) breathing and meditation. Also the Sun Salutation gives us an opportunity to express gratitude to the sun, without which life on earth would be impossible!
