International Yoga Day celebrations at Nattika
The Nattika resort today celebrated the 4th International Day of yoga with patrons and associates as part of its endeavor to encourage healthy and responsible living.
Yoga is a practice that has been shown to reduce stress, improve flexibility and produce an inner calmness that can boost well-being and happiness – all things that Nattika aims to incorporate in its philosophy! On this auspicious day, our resort aims to bring focus on the ancient Indian tradition of Yoga and encourages people to take up the discipline, which ultimately leads to harmony and peace, both within and outside oneself.
An hour-long interactive yoga session for our in-house guests was conducted starting at 6:00 am teaching on the practices of yoga and how it revitalizes and reinforces body, mind and soul. It gives us great pleasure to encourage the discipline amongst our guests as well as our own associates. At the Nattika, our main aim has always been to encourage and lead our guests towards a healthy and holistic lifestyle as a way to achieve an incredible healing and transformative experience. This is one of the occasions where, through the Yoga session, we bring focus on maintaining the individual wellness.”
A special Yoga session was also organized for the resort staff to apprise them of the various benefits of yoga for building stamina, flexibility and overall health.
