A lot of guests were attending Chef Joshy’s cooking demonstration at our restaurant today. He was showing how to easily prepare dishes like Tomato Rice, Okra Masala, Tomato Fry and Oats Balls. Of course these were given as samples to our guests, who were enjoying each and every bite to it’s fullest.

Our guests were experiencing the keralesian harvest festival while relishing a traditional Sadhya, served on a banana leaf, and enjoying Indian folk music and dance. For welcoming King Muhabi, who is coming to earth only once a year, beautiful flower carpets (Pookalam) were placed in the Resort.
