Current Cancellation Policy for B & B Direct and B & B Agents

  • If the booking is cancelled before 14 days of arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 14 to 07 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 06 days to the scheduled departure date 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.

Cancellation policy for Booking.com Guests

  • If the booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days to the scheduled departure date 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.

Cancellation Policy for Ayurveda Guests & Ayurveda Agents

  • If the booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 29 to 11 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 10 days to 4 days of arrival, 75% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  •  If the booking is cancelled between 3 days to the scheduled arrival date, 85% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled after arrival at the resort or in case of early departure, 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
