POINTS TO REMEMBER

The minimum length of stay for booking is 7 nights for the Rejuvenation Package.

Kindly allow yourself a minimum stay of 14 nights & above for The Panchakarma Package.

Being an ayurvedic retreat it is necessary for us to maintain a tranquil ambience; hence we do not accommodate children below the age of 12. It is also not recommended for children to practice Ayurveda or Yoga at this young age.

Kindly note that we can confirm your booking as per the Room Category and not the room number. Upon availability of Villas the room number for your stay will be allotted.

In case of any suspected pregnancy, kindly inform reservation in advance as it is not recommended to take an Ayurveda treatment while pregnant. Once your booking is confirmed, please forward a copy of your Doctor’s Report to [email protected].

We at Nattika, believe in providing a holistic environment conducive for your treatment.

It is indeed very important to stay connected and be disconnected at the same time, hence in order to help you achieve your treatment goals as well as accomplish your online duties, we have developed a Consenting Wifi Policy.

During your first consultation, you may request your doctor to provide approval for activating the Wifi service in your room. If it is deemed productive to your overall stay, the information for allowing Wifi in your room will be provided to the IT team and the needful will be done.

Therefore Wi-fi will be made available to only those who wish to get the facility with the consent of yourconsulting doctor.

HOW TO PAY

Once you decide to make a reservation with us, our reservations team will personally guide you through the entire process and provide you all relevant information required.

In order to confirm your booking, a 50% advance must be paid and the remaining amount must be paid 30 days prior to your arrival.

All payments are done through our direct and secure payment link.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All Major Currencies such as EUR, USD, CHF, GBP are accepted and can be used for making payments in the resort since we have  a money changers License, and this facility is provided to our guests in the resort.

Payments can also be made by Credit cards and we accept both Mastercard and Visa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • If the booking is cancelled before 30 days of arrival, there is no cancellation fee.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 29 to 11 days of arrival, 50% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 10 days to 4 days of arrival, 75% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.
  • If the booking is cancelled between 3 days to the scheduled arrival date, 85% of the booking invoice amount will be charged. 
  • If the booking is cancelled after arrival at the resort or in case of early departure, 100% of the booking invoice amount will be charged.

NATTIKA GUIDELINES

Namaste – Greetings from the heart

Our resort believes in the ancient and traditional form of greeting – the “namaste”. To perform a proper namaste, one should hold his or her palms together, with the fingertips at chin, level and nod rather than bow and say “Namaste”. “Namaste” literally means “I bow to thee” or “I honour the divinity within you”. The gesture is a sign of respect and is used by men and women when meeting members of the same or opposite sex.

Etiquettes to follow in the Public Areas

We welcome diversity and value the traditions and cultures of every guest. According to the cultural etiquettes of India and other few subcontinental nations, keeping the legs over the table & chair is often considered ill-mannered and unhygienic. So please refrain from doing it in public places, like the lobby or restaurant as well as the beach lounge. Guests are requested to wear adequate clothing when they use public areas: such as the beach, restaurant, reception, lounges, etc. It is forbidden to visit the restaurant or the reception in swimwear, in a pair of swimsuits, without shorts or pants. When going out of the resort premises, we also recommend you to wear proper clothing, in accordance to the Indian sensitivities.

Rules and Regulations at Nattika

Ayurveda advocates a lifestyle free from alcohol and smoking. So we do not serve alcohol in the resort premises and till the time you stay at our resort and even after that if possible, please adhere to the healthy habit of leading a tobacco and alcohol free life. Smoking guests are requested to not smoke inside the resort at all.

Guests like the resort’s complete calmness in its divinity. So we request you to kindly reduce the noise level when you’re in the room, the restaurant and other public areas. Moreover, playing loud music in the rooms or loud video calls in the public areas are also prohibited as it can harm the other guests’ experience.

Kindly do not purchase goods from the beach sellers. While it may not be of good quality, the trading activity at the beach spoils the ambiance of the beach as well.

Please note that rooms are not blocked during the booking process and the same is done on the dates closer to the arrivals. The rooms are allotted to the guests with utmost care by giving importance to the guest preferences as much as possible on a “first come first serve” basis. So, if you do not get your requested room during check in, it is only because of the non-availability of the room as someone else has requested for the same before you. Kindly cooperate with this accordingly.

Guests are requested to not walk on the garden and lawns at the resort.

Ayurveda is a holistic science, so it is important to prepare your body and mind for the treatment. We have listed a few tips to help you be ready for your healing and your stay with us.

Tipping

We follow a common tipping system and guests are encouraged not to individually tip our team members. If you wish to tip our team, we have a common tipping box located in the Reception and in the Restaurant. The intended amount can be placed in an envelope and dropped into the box, we will ensure that the tips are distributed fairly among all team members.

There is also a tipping box located in the Ayurveda Center, if you wish to tip your therapist, please write the name of the therapist on an envelope and drop it in the box.

Do remember to carry adequate cash in Euros if you wish to provide the team with a tip.

REACHING US

The Nattika Beach Resort is located in Nattika Panchayat in the Thrissur district of central Kerala. It is easily accessible. The village is just a few miles from the national Highway NH17.

  • Nearest Airport: Cochin International Airport-60 km.
  • Nearest train station: Thrissur, about 30 km away.
  • Nearest harbor: Cochin a.k.a. Kochi, about 70 km away.


During the booking process, you can choose for a pick-up from the airport and a vehicle will take you directly from the airport to the resort. This service is included in your Ayurveda package.

We invite you to verify that your country is on the list and then follow the procedure to obtain your “e-Tourist visa”. We also advise you to apply at least two weeks before the date of your trip to make sure you receive your document on time for your travel.
